Our Mission

Team Stay Fit at Hyatt - RAAM is riding across America in June 2011 to raise money for MS Colorado. Our larger team of 200+ members rides 150 miles through Northern Colorado every year and has raised over $500,000 over the last 10+ years.

This team is comprised of 12 members from Hyatt, 8 riders and 4 crew, who will leave Oceanside, CA on June 18th and will ride to Annapolis, Maryland. One of the 8 riders must be on the road 24 hours a day and our goal is to complete the 3,005 mile ride in less than 7 days.

To do this, WE NEED YOUR HELP! It will cost the team $20,000 to make the ride happen and, on top of this, we are setting our fund raising goal at $50,000 for a total of $70,000 to be raised by next June. Monetary donations can be made through PayPal below or by contacting any of the riders and crew.

We are also in need of a few non-monetary items for this event. Please contact any of the riders if you are able to help provide; jerseys and other apparel to ride 24 hours a day in all types of weather, an RV to support 8-10 people at a time, food for the RV and while riding (ie. energy bars, etc.), gas services, bicycle lighting, extra tubes, gear and any other aids you may consider necessary.

Meet the Team

Gillian Frothingham - gillian.frothingham@hyatt.com

Gillian is the Associate Director of Catering and Convention Services at Hyatt Regency Denver.  She has been riding since high school and competed on the collegiate level at Ft. Lewis College in Durango, CO.  Gillian is also 2nd from the right in the picture below.



James Kratofil - james.kratofil@hyatt.com

2nd from the left, James is the Food and Beverage Director at Hyatt Regency Denver.   James was "convinced" to ride the Colorado MS 150 3 years ago and has been hooked ever since.

Tim Meyer - tim.meyer@hyatt.com

On the far left, Tim is the Corporate Regional Vice President of Sales and Revenue.  Based in San Antonio, Tim is prepared to tackle all the hot days during the ride.
